Venetaxi.com was founded in 2021 by Kristian Meurman, who has run the operations ever since. The new mother company, that gather’s our skippers all other business forms (incl. winter time operations) was founded in the summer of 2024.
Venetaxi.com hires outside workforce during season times according to needs. In addition, cooperation with other entrepreneurs in the area is common for instance in the form of contractor agreements.

In the summer time Kristian functions as Venetaxi.com’s skipper, but his “civilian background” is Bachelor or Social Sciences. His true profession is however musician, a profession that has kept Kristian busy for over 30 consecutive years.
Besides entrepreneurship, Kristian works as a specialist in the municipal field.
