We begun boat taxi operations on Lake Lohja with our vessel Lohjan Lysti on 29 July 2024. We operate during the entire open water season.
Pop-up nonstop Aurlahti – Ollisaari in August!
M/v Lysti offers a trial pop-up nonstop transport service between Aurlahti harbour and Ollisaari island on Sundays in August.
Dogs are welcome onboard m/v Lysti. Dogs travel outside and are strictly at the responsibility of their owners.
The boat departs from Aurlahti harbour as soon as at least 2 passengers are onboard. There is no minimum passenger limit for return trips from Ollisaari island.

Tickets and pre-reservations
You are welcome to board the vessel without prior reservation, but by reserving in advance, you are guaranteed that you will have a place onboard. Pre-reservations are made by e-mail at its latest during the previous day: lohja@venetaxi.com or by telephone during the same day +358440811020 (also WhatsApp and SMS). The vessels maximum capacity is 12 passengers per journey.
Tickets are paid onsite by debit/credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) or cash in exact change.

M/v Lohjan Lysti
Lohjan Lysti is originally built in Finland as a fishing boat. She is a high quality build, a very seaworthy semiplanning boat.
Thanks to her small draft and limited outer extremities, she is able to sail all the way through Väänteenjoki (river) lock to Hiidenvesi lake and all the way up to Vihti centre in north. In south she can reach Mustio hydropower plant through the Bjällby rapids.
